I was asking google my usual morning questions when I stumbled on this.
http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_diet_diabetes.htm
"How much you eat. Portion sizes matter. Even if you eat very healthy meals, if you eat too much you will gain weight, which is a factor in diabetes."
I have always believed that G.I. is irrelavent to non-diabetes individuals, which tge forums have reinforced. Sence the website is ".org" I thought it was more credible. I eat 2 meals a day, with approximately 66% coming at breakfast.
So, does eating one or two meals a day, in absense of snaking raise a persons perpencity to develop diabetes? (not arguing, just woundering)
