Universal Animal Pak Vs. ON Opti-Men, full comparison and breakdown!

I took the time to breakdown and compare both Vitamins.

Overall they are both great vitamins, where they are both evenly matched when it comes down to the vitamin and mineral breakdown, they both also have vary similar Antioxident blend. Animal Pak wins by FAR when it comes down to the Amino Acid blend. As far as the the Photo-blend Opti-men wins with a large blend of different fruit and vegetable powders. Animal Pak also has a better performance and digestive blend. The only problem with Animal Pak is it a far for expensive than Opti-Men.(Opti-Men= $0.40 a serving Animal Pak= $1.23 a serving)I believe the high price with Animal Pak is due to the greater amino acid blend, and a larger quantity of supplements(at least 5x more than Opti-Men) . By weight you're getting much more for your money with Animal Pak.

The paks would last you 22 days at full dose. However usually one dose a day is good for most guys. Furthermore there are deals to be found for the 44 count can for around 20 bucks if you look around.
