after taking i pee like a fking horse and i dunt even drink much water. every like 10-20 minuites i have to piss. this just started happening 2 days ago and its continously happening. Ive been taking it for 2-3 weeks now but now im peeing alot for some reason. Why is this happening is it normal?

okay yeah i pretty much wasted it those past 2-3 weeks of usin it cause tbh i barly ever drank water back than . but now i have started i want maximum results!
How much water shud i drink i weigh about 134 and really cant drink too much wahts a good amount for me?? also is taking 5 grams of creatine daily good or shud i take more?

At 134lb, you could take less than 5g and still maintain saturation(3-4g is fine).
Typically 1-1.5 gallons of water is what you should shoot for. If you can't drink that much unflavored water, add your own flavoring.
I have no trouble getting ~1.5gal of water everyday. I think it is hard when your fist start out though.

Normal. Same thing happens to me. Just your body doing it's job. A good way to get used to drinking that amount of water is to always have a water bottle with you. Everytime you see a fountain top it off. It'll get your body adjusted to having the water it needs when you are adding creatine to the mix

people take this water thing way to far. It's to the point everyone "needs 1-2 gallons" and that just isn't true. I weigh 125lbs+ more than you and drink around 1.5 gallons a day. It woudl be insane for you to drink that much or feel like you need that much. Also I'm not sure where this "your urine needs to be crystal clear" thing came from.
It most certainly does not and worked for quite a few years as an athletic trainer at a division one school working with the football time. From the head ATC to the md's on staff...nobody believes your urine needs to be crystal clear.
If you are working out hard, taking supplements like creatine, adn sweating a lot do you need more water? Well, yeah....duh!
Most in the medical or athletic community (and I also volunteered to work at an olympic training facility) believe you should pay closest attention to hydration during periods of training and you're urine should be "lighter color" not crystal clear and not dark yellow. Also weight should be monitored after workouts to make sure you are replacing fluids.
I undersatnd why supplments companies put on their stuff "drink at least a gallon a day" but I can't understand on here why people recommend so much for everyone. Whether you are a 120 pound female or a 270 pound bodybduiler I just always see 1.5-2 galllons. That's nuts.
