    Found an amazing food?

    460 kcals/62g of protein/16g of carbs/16g of fat and its only £1.28(Around $2?)!!

    Ingredients:
Beef (65%) , Water , Potato Starch , Tomato Purée , Wheat Flour , Corn Starch , Salt , Onion Powder , Sugar , White Pepper , Colour (Plain Caramel) .

Probably not the healthiest food but what you all think? seems almost too good to be true..
    Thankssss!

62g of protein for $2 sounds like a good deal to me, along with moderate fats and decently lower carbs. Of course, whether it's good for you or not depends on your macros

Home-made is far better, you can pretty much throw in what you like, onions, tomatoes, beef, veg, spices and of course the main ingredient GRAVY.. and leave it to heat slow for 24hours, let it stew

Does it actually taste nice? The thought of tinned meats revolts me, surely the texture can't be much better. Judging from the ingredients is it like an actual stew then and not just meat?

Honestly, you could just mix some veggies and spices into it and you have a very protein rich meal for such a low price. I could see it being very vesatile. May go check for some tommorow.

    Great find, repped!

Personally one of my fav fairly healthy fast meals is a can of Hormel turkey chilli. Not too pricey, filling, and good macros. A can's 380 cals at 46p/6f/32c

I had chicken in white wine sauce yesterdayy, and chicken curry today out of a can. Was actually pretty nicee. Could see myself eating a few cans a week. Will try this 'Stew' Thursday.

It only £1.29 and takes 4 mins to cook prepared to the £10 and 4 hours it would take to buy/cook it from fresh

Word, I eat these all the time... although they are significantly more $ than the less macro-friendly "with beans" version and other Hormel varieties.

pretty sure they're the same price as the w/o beans beef varieties. But yea I don't even care about the extra cals in the w/ beans ones, they just have way less protein

I like pouring that on fat free hot dogs, and then topping with mustard, cheese, and Franks Red Hot.
