    is this a good 5 way split?

    Hey Im fairly new to lifting and about 72kgs and 6'4"

    Day 1 - Chest and calves

    Day 2 - Back and hamstrings

    Day 3 - Quads

    Day 4 - Shoulders

    Day 5 - Biceps and triceps

    It seems good to me. Just as long as the split is working for you as far as time and progress is concern
