Just took some quick pics.
Now I've never actually bulked before, mainly strength training doing 5x5 now. So I think I'm still small as ****, granted I'm 2weeks into my cut in these photos, pretty depleted. Anyway, I started at 240lbs, I've never been lean before in my life... Plan is to cut down until ~10-12% and clean bulk from there. Don't even care if I win tbh, this contest ends a week before my 19th birthday and I can't think of a better gift to myself than abs haha

Check my bodyspace, it's been worse. Projecting a weight around the 180 mark at the end of this competition.

Aware me on IFing? I don't get cravings for that stuff anymore, but I'm occasionally tempted to up the portion sizes on off days because of how bored I get. Out of work for a month, I need to find a job, especially since class is only for another 2 weeks.

Basically everything you need to know on there, also check out the IF thread in the Nutrition section if you're interested. Essentially you can make it work for whatever diet you are doing, be it keto, carb cycling, simple deficit etc. Personally I find it the easiest to stick to, and IMO the best diet is the one YOU can stick to, whichever that may be.

I love if because I get to eat one large meal(1200cals) so it's easy to fit many different foods into those macros because you get so much to play with. I got real bored real fast with the whole 5meals a day thing. The fasting portion of it is ridiculously easy tbh, most days I have to actually consciously remember to eat my 400cal prefast meal lol
