lol..thats probably the most reasonable answer...although I am super dead by the end of the day..especially when I go from the gym to work and work for 8 hours
been hard to keep up with everyone lately with finals coming up and school and the gym..AHHHH
I hit up some back yesterday...another good workout

Reverse Behind Head Pulldowns (100x12, 100x12, 100x12)
Overhead Hammer Strength Pulldown (45psx12, 55psx10, 70psx7, 45psx10)
Dumbell Rows (80'sx10, 100'sx10, 100'sx10, 50'sx20)
Deadlifts (135x10, 225x10, 315x7, 365x3, 135x10)
Seated Cable Rows (70x15, 100x15, 205x6, 70x15)
Seated Dumbell Curls (35'sx10, 50'sx7, 50'sx7, 20's to failure)
Standing Hammer Curls (40'sx10, 50'sx10, 60'sx7, 30's to failure)
EZ Bar Preacher Curls (60x10, 60x10, 60x10)
15 minutes on the stationary bike...I felt great yesterday!!

My favorite back workout...probably lat pulldowns or deadlifts...I feel silly strong when I get them deads going!!!

tricep dips (bwx15, bwx12, bwx10, bwx10)
reverse grip tricep pushdown (35x20, 35x20, 35x20)
preacher curls w/ ez-bar (60x10, 60x10, 60x10)
Incline dumbell curls (30'sx10, 40'sx10, 45'sx7, 30'sx10)
stationary bike for 15 minutes, skipping for 10 minutesTears Will Get You Sympathy....Sweat Will Get You Results

Yesterday I had a killer chest/tri workout...april first is when my diet goes into high gear and the cardio will be going up as well and abdominal work
Incline Dumbell Press (warm up) (50'sx15, 50'sx15)
Flat barbell bench press (135x15, 185x10, 245x4, 225x4, 135 x10 with rubber band resistance, 135x10 with rubber band resistance)
Flat bench dumbell flies (30'sx10, 45'sx10, 55'sx10, 60'sx8)
Hammer Strength seated press (45 per side x15, 90sx10, 135psx4, 45psx20)
Incline dumbell flies (20'sx10, 30'sx10, 40'sx8, 20'sx20)
Cable tricep pressdown (32.5x15, 47.5x10, 57.5x10, 77.5x7)
Cable tricep pressdown w/ rope (32.5x15, 32.5x15, 32.5x15)
Pushups with handles (20)--->Crunches (20)---> skipping (1 minute) X 4 sets
Stationary Bike at moderate pace for 20 minutes

as of late my diet hasnt been as strict..been eating more carbs and stuff...still 195, just been indulging a bit...I plan on doing some longer cardio sessions as well...been doing 20 minutes...plan on getting in some 45minute sessions

No tanning yet...I plan to just go a couple weeks before and get a spray tan and then use self tanners and stuff closer to the pictures if I can

Seated Dumbell Lateral Raises (20'sx15, 20'sx15, 30'sx10, 30'sx8, 20'sx15)
Seated Cable Shoulder Press (20psx15, 40psx10, 60psx8, 75psx3, 20psx10)
Hammer Strength Lateral Raise Machine (70x20, 70x20, 70x20)
Hammer Strength Seated Shoulder Press (90x15, 110x10, 130x6, 90x15)
Bent over Dumbell Lateral Raise (20'sx10, 20'sx10, 20'sx10)
Dumbell Shrugs (75'sx10, 90'sx10, 100'sx10, 50'sx15)
for Cardio I went on the rowing machine to mix it up...let me tell you that was a hard 15 minutes
