    how do i get stronger?

    hey guys, i just want to know the certain amount of reps and sets i should do to get stronger. i weigh 125 and im 5'7 (prob dosnt matter)

    so yea...how many reps and sets and....should i be doing pyramids? or just stick to one heavy weight throughout the workout

    I think that for force it is necessary to do pyramids.
    One constant weight - it is wrong.
    In the first approaches there is not enough work.
    In the last - it is too heavy.

    It is necessary to raise smoothly weight on a barbell, having left the hard work on the latest approach.

    Then force will increase.
