    What should I do next?

I've been training for roughly 10 months now. Made some progress but I know I could of done allot better. I've been trying to cut down for summer but being so tall and not making enough progress I just have very little to cut down too. I've just never in my life had abs(no homo). I've also only ever done splits. Usually 4/5 day splits with a reasonable diet although I could easily gain wait on 3k cals a day. I'm just really confused on what I should do next? I'm having trouble making any progress size/lifts wise without putting too much weight on.

Any ideas on what I should do next?

    STATS:
    HEIGHT: 6'4"
    WEIGHT: 215lbs
BODYFAT: 17%(Sucks as I carry most of it in my arse/hips)

    BENCH: 45kgX6 > 77.5kgX6
    SQUAT: 60kgX6 > 110kgX6
    DEADLIFT: 55kgX6 > 130kgX6(Only DL for around 3 months)

I was thinking about about SS but as my main aim is size I don't know if its worth it?

    Cheers!

From the way it sounds man, the only way you are going make any significant gains is to do an all out bulk, or atleast step your training up to some next-level sh!t. I've never had abs man, so def. don't be all upset about that. just think of it this way....would you rather go through summer lookin like you do now, or step up your training and diet to get bigger gains, even if it does mean a slightly bigger bf % number. And if you're thinkin of doing the SS, you'll never know until you try man. keep us posted bossman

There is a program I always refer to either get through a plateau, when I begin working out again after a long break or when I just need to mix it up for a month or so. It's called the S.A.I.S. Program. It works your fast, intermediate and slow-twitch muscle groups using mostly compound movements for mass building. Here is the link. Enjoy!

I should add that I used this off and on for about 3 years and went from 185 to 230 lbs. I quit lifting for a few years and now I am back to 191 lbs and I plan on doing the same procedure, except this time I won't be using creatine.
