Last night's workout...
This was after an hour long bike ride on strenuous mountain bike trails, and having a cold to boot.

Dips
193lbs - 9,8,7
Floor Presses
80lbs - 3x10
DB Flat Flys
25's - 3x10
Not too bad considering circumstances, definitely not my best workout though.
