    many people and studies have shown that training at the gym for more than an hour is pointless etc. what are your thoughts about it? how long do you train for each session?


    it seems like you have tried the rebound effect before and do you feel that you really put on more mass than normal bulking?


    when you are bulking, when do you stop and start cutting?

    1. Its cheaper
    2. Has the highest bio value
    3. 5lbs of protein powder last longer than 5lbs of chicken
    4. No cooking needed
    5. Contains amino acids
    6. I know how much i'm taking in without having to do all that measuring crap

    i think that study is complete bull ****, I believe thats why some people do see the gain they would want to see because they believe stuff like that and i used to be one of them

    my sessions can last 2 hours or more

    yes who ever has experience a rebound effect will be the first to tell you, that make better gains and faster, but after a while it slows down and your body goes to normal

    i'm bulking now cutting will start maybe the 15th
