I would donate organs to be able to rep BW in an overhead squat in my current condition.

Never came close to managing 15 reps even when I was healthy.

Amazing. I was never able to find the perfect balance point in my overhead squats. She makes it look as stable as back squats!

Have you seen the video of her in a OHS contest with a guy (200lbs+). Both doing the same weight. She kicks his butt.

Not a chance. Never trained the O squat for much more than doubles, but even if I had, I do not like to think of what I would have had to go through to match that.
