What do you use for recovery?

I have been getting horrible DOMS lately and want to start using something for recovery, any suggestions? (not looking for a creatine)

My favorite product for recovery is Genomyx's Protocol. BB.com has not picked up the new version yet, but it can be found online for around $24.

I've tried Muscle Pharm's Recon and various BCAAs (Xtend, XF ICE) and Protocol worked much better for me.

Everything above are great products and get the job done for Recovery. The most popular ones on these boards are Xtend (Recovery product of the year) Purple Wraath, ICE, and Protocol, as well as BCAA products like Recoverpro which have all shown through reviews great reduction in DOMS, less rest time between sets, and increased recovery from day to day.
Xtend can be found as cheap as 36$ for 90 servings, but at the end of the day look into the formula and find what you want in your recovery product and decide off the brand/price what you want!

My vote goes for adequate food intake and sleep as well. If you want to buy a sup. I would go with either Intrabolic or Xtend.

As dumb as it sounds to say it but stretching after a workout has helped me out alot. I never really thought about it with the exception of after a run. I usually get a broom stick or something to stretch out my upper body and use a towel to stretch out calves and legs.

Then something like Xtend, Atomic 7, Purple Wraath, ICE, ect. would work well.

Not dumb. I do the same thing (- the broom stick). I noticed a big difference when I didn't for a week or so.
