It makes me sad to know that the non-bodybuilding culture thinks of biceps as being the main arm muscle. What ends up happening, is that these kids will start working out, and they will do nothing but curls when exercising their arms. Instead of getting big guns, they end up with arms that look like a baseball resting on a stick. Let the following pictures be a warning to anybody who fails to see the importance of triceps.
If you have any more pictures, feel free to post them.

Well alot of the kids with abs don't work out (beyond what they do in P.E.). The only reason their abs show is because they have like 2% bodyfat. Yet they think that they are strong, and that they are bodybuilders...which is why their ******** photos will usually involve them lifting up their shirt while wearing a sideways hat and sticking out their lower lip to look tough

"When it comes to training (and life in general for that matter), many people erroneously think that all you have to do to succeed is work hard. Unfortunately, this isn't true. You have to work intelligently." -Dr. Clay Hyght

Shut up and Squat.
