You might as well be asking will eating food make you fat?
There's 2 answers here, yes and no obviously.
In 1 scenario yes it will make you fat if you don't workout hard and do cardio and diet right.
No it won't make you fat if you do the complete opposite of the previous sentence.

If you workout regularly then no. This is a relatively low calorie gainer and it has clean sources of nutrients in it like oat, barley, mct, flax seed oil ect.

Been drinking this for about 7 months... 2 Scoops in the morning and then 3 after I work Out. Its a lot of protein with a daily intake of food. But I have not gained fat from this and with no cardio... Prolly depends on your matabolism. But No will not get fat.

    ^^^^

This. It is really this simple. When you're at a caloric surplus you will gain fat, plain and simple. You might not gain very much depending on many variables or you may gain a ton. Generally the higher your caloric surplus the greater the % of fat gain relative to muscle gain.

Same goes on the opposite side. The greater the caloric deficit the greater the muscle loss relative to fat loss.
