    Need to receive the jerk with legs spread further fore/aft, thats kind of the only thing I saw really.

    What happens when you miss a lift? Do people get angry if you drop the weights?

    you know what funny now that i think about it, lol, i have never dropped the weight before. they probably would but i havent dropped any weight yet. i dont take reckless attempts like a bunch of bench ego's at my gym who put 315lbs on the bar (without any clips) and then drop the bar on their chest and then shake the weight off the bar cause their pinned.
