Just a quick background. I was registered on here before and cant seem to be able to get my password to email to me so Im not a total noob even though this is my first post under this username.
Ive done a good bit of bulking up so far this year and have seen some decent results. I do, however, think that my bodyfat % (23%) is a bit higher than I would like it to be. I am just curious to see what everyone thinks about how many calories I should be consuming per day in order to reduce my bodyfat %. Also, how should I distribute these calories (fat/carbs/protein).
I am 6'1" and weigh around 195. I do very low reps and very high weights. I plan to integrate 4-5 days of HIIT cardio into my workout from now on.
Here are a few pictures to check out, not the best, but oh well.

You look more along the lines of 12 to 15% bodyfat, at least in the pics anyway. You dont see your upper abs at 23%

i dunno, i honestly think that i do not look cut up whatsoever. there are no abs, the lines in the chest are barely there and the same for the arms. at 12% my abs would be rippling and you would see cuts all through my body that obviously arent present right now. but im really here to just get an opinion on how many calories i should take in per day to reduce whatever body fat i might have...6'1" 195 lbs. any ideas?

Travis mentioned that he measured it at the gym so it couldn't be by using the fat caliper, right? SO it must be a scale.
I tried two types of scale.
1) one of the scales need me to key in options (normal, athlete). If I click normal, the scale says 21%. If I click athlete, 12%. This scale is not accurate. I think can't really distinguish fat, muscle, and water and use general categories (normal, athlete, etc) and statistics to estimate your bf.
2) another scale I use takes a long time to process the data. I have to wait more than 5 minutes after I get off the scale before the results are out. This one says 14%. And it also registers how much water, lean mass, and fat I have and the distribution of those in different parts of the body. So I think this one is more accurate.
So Travis, you are definitely not 23%

It's not my website. I just think the page has some good info on it, that you're looking for. At-least I found it helpful.
Also, read this:

your size is fine, instead of reducing your body fat, you should consider increasing your body Muscle.
