Yeah I'm responding very well to his plan. Diet and training.. This was kinda our game plan so my prep won't be as stressful. Play around with carb loads etc...

These are the same reasons why I started at 30 weeks out as well..... can't say that I have the same results as you so far though, I did talk to Rog a little about starting up with him at the 20 week point, just gotta get some funds together first

Nice man! I know you won't be dissapointed.. Ryan knows his stuff. I know there are quite a few that are going to pick him up from what they are reading in here... He tweaks everything toward your needs.. Not just some random program for everyone..

Honestly, as long as you do your part it isn't that much of a challenge.. Ryan will work with you and make it work to your schedule for sure.

Wow,I'd say at 200-205 you'll be pretty lean, but at 190-195 you'll be freakishly lean. You can quote me on that J

I think almost everybody overestimates how much LBM they have. I remember when I was 230 I thought I would be shredded at ~190. I'm 181 right now with a good 6-10lbs to lose!

I think a lot of people make a mistake of trying ot hang on to too much size for their first prep.. We won't be stepping on a scale and it will be all about dryness.

My vascualrity will be insane

I think almost everybody overestimates how much LBM they have. I remember when I was 230 I thought I would be shredded at ~190. I'm 181 right now with a good 6-10lbs to lose!

After my show though, I won't let myself go and get to a higher BF than I want. i will take slow and steady progress to get back up and stay lean enough to still see a bit of abs.
