    Cardio with sore legs?

I changed my legs routine on Friday and I absolutely killed myself.. I usually lift M,T,Th,F with cardio on W, Sat, and Sunday..

I had to skip my HIIT yesterday because I could barely walk..

I dont want to sit around all weekend and not do anything as I am trying to cut. Could I do some long duration, low intensity cardio tonight to burn some calories and also stretch out the legs or will that slow down recovery?

I would do high incline walking on the treadmill..

    Thanks and will rep!

Boxing or the rowing machine should work nice. The elliptical machine is a good choice, too.

    That should be fine.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

How does rowing solve the leg problem when it's about 85% leg drive?
