Had a month or so where I was eating wayyy too much junk food - Mars Bars and whatnot. It didn't do too much damage, still had something to work with, but set me back a bit!
Have been back on my routine for 5 weeks now, pics below.
Comments, criticism, yadda yadda much appreciated!
I know my chest needs the most work...
Am 24, 5ft 10, about 155lb.

Cheers guys. Am definitely trying to get bigger, rather than staying at this weight - but eating so much is definitely proving tricky (and expensive)...
Routine - I hit the gym 5 times a week, basically goes:
Day 1: Chest/shoulders
Day 2: Back/triceps
Day 3: Biceps/legs
break
Day 5: Chest/shoulders
Day 6: Back/triceps
break
Day 8: Biceps/legs..
repeat...
and with ab work thrown in on most days.
Will see if I have any before pics, think I may have a couple although its always hard work getting in front of the camera when you look like crap...
Any bodyfat estimates? I'm thinking 9% or so?
