hi dudes im aged 15 and have just started working out with my dad can someone tell me if herbal products actually work to help your body build muscle? my brother has given me some supplements he hasnt used and i wondered whether to take them.
1.GINKO BILOBA?
2.3-AD?
3.and lastly TRIBULUS?
they are unopened and im ready to maybe try the 3AD OR GINKO.can someone tell me if they work? thanks

At 15, the only thing you need is food + sleep + heavy weights. Seriously. Take advantage of being young and training. I wish I had started when I was 15.
