Hi! I am in need to lose weight really quick for a photoshoot in a month. My plan is taking 2 Lipo 6 a day and drinking 3 Myoplex shakes - the low carb ones. I workout at least six times a week. Any thoughts or help would be great. Thanks!! : )

you will be getting no carbs, no nutrients, no fat, and your body will go into starvation mode. hell you aren't even getting enough protein in that diet.
just eat a clean diet, do cardio, sleep like crazy, and think long term. looking good isn't a short term goal.Panthers/Tar Heels/Hurricanes/Durham Bulls
