Its OK Rowyn I don't get 1 star on my threads for the contents, I just get 1 star threads for being me DA1UNV

    Haters gotta hate!

Ohh and I have several, but the more you got, the more you are doing something right!

Sad thing is none have the balls to tell me. At least back in the days they would actually PM me and Neg me, now they are resorting to sneaking and giving me a 1 star

Oh my God what am I gonna do, with 1 star threads?????

Have you ever heard me complain about women?

Maybe my ex-wives, but not women in general.

Anywho. The 40th thing was weird. I admit. Uncharacteristic behaviour from Mr Flexy.

I didn't want anything from the wife, but my thinking, a card from the kids was a given. I thought wrong.

I have no idea. I asked him if they at the very least sent him an email or a Happy Fathers day in ********, and he said he got nothing. He has two daughters 29 and 21 from different marriages.

Wow, I can't imagine how he must be feeling. I have two kids, 14 and 17...and they better never ignore me on mother's day when they move out! Italian mama guilt.

Sounds familiar. Happened to me too
Yorkshireman I: Right! I had to get up in the morning, at ten o'clock at night, half an hour before I went to bed, eat a lump of cold poison, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill and pay mill-owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home, our dad would kill us and dance about on our graves, singing Hallelujah!

My daughter has a father and ex step dad and as much as I dislike them I made sure my daughter had gifts for them.
It teaches her the right way to be - grateful for their love and support over the years.

With all due respect Mike age has nothing to do with it, I have 4 boys and they always acknowledge my birthday, fathers day and of course the holidays.

My wife is in the dog house big time. Twice she asks for hints for father's day and the day comes and I get nothin'. Not like I've been slacking at home, just busted my tail over the weekend fixing this and that.

One of my best Fathers Day ever came last night. Both my kids went with me to a local baseball field and we took turns batting and fielding and just had a great time for about an hour and a half! They didn't stop to text or answer phone calls, we just spent time together and had a blast!

there is definitely a double standard on Fathers' vs Mothers' Day. I don't think I have ever heard a mom complain that she got nothing, but damn there are a lot of us guys who got forgotten!

LOL we were discussing this in my home. We notice that going out on fathers day, there were no lines, but when we go out on Mothers day, sh!t ou have to make reservations and still be on a waiting list just to eat
    On the list for Bannukah
