LOTS of big changes! (all positive too)

Okay so since I've joined this site and a gym back in March, I've had some pretty big life changes. I've been sort of neglecting my BB.com account, so I thought I would get back on the horse and write a post about what's new and I hope you all will share too...

For one - I can lift 10-15lbs more in my arms AND I can see definition in my back, shoulders, and bi's/ti's that I've never seen before (!!) feels good

Secondly - I've gained definition in my legs and my pants fit better - some bottoms like swimsuits and underwear are even too lose now and I had to replace them..! Getting closer and closer to my goals, feels AWESOME.

The next two are not fitness related, but still note worthy.

Thirdly - Finishing up my undergrad degree in marketing and about to step out into the real world - very exciting and scary all at the same time.

Lastly - My bf and I had been going steady for a while, and he just recently popped the big question (with a GORGEOUS ring I might add). Still getting used to saying "fiance" lol. Couldn't be happier though

Thanks! Ya this last summer class I'm finishing up has been a struggle because my mindset is that I'm already done lol.

Congrats on the degree AND engagement! Not to mention awesome for lifting more and seeing more definition!

As for me, my clothes are getting too big (YAY) and I am finding my energy level and endurance is increased A LOT.

I am finishing up the last 5 credits of my B.A. - summer quarter. I will have a B.A. in Law and Justice then.

I am have put in notice at my apartment and job for next month...then I am moving from Oregon to South Carolina for my first (military) move! Eeeek! Can't wait to live away from the west coast for once in my life.

My 1 year wedding anniversary is in 2 days...(hubby is gone at boot camp though)

I have lost 30lbs in 16 months and for the first time ever, I wear size 2-4! Woot! Love it.

Sorry to hear your hubby is away at boot camp on your anniversary.. mines in the army too but I'm thankful that he will be out in less than a year!
