    What will happen if he stops doing all leg exercises?

    A friend of mine wants to have a 'model' look rather than a bodybuilder look. If he just focused on upper body exercises (bench, crunches, lats etc) and not lower body (squats, deadlifts, calves) will he achieve this look? Anyone know anyone here who does that and have pics?

    testosterone from working out your legs is so minimal that it doesnt make a difference to the rest of your body. none of my 'big' friends work out there legs and they have upper bodies like zyzz, but yes, toothpick legs.
    and no, squatting does not = bigger bench.
