wide squat surpassed my close stance that i used to use, already.
made my bench grip wider, too. it was retardedly easy. you should see my ROM... crazy arch + wide grip = like 6 inch ROM hahaha

cut out the easier round of DLing cuz i just switched to wide stance squats and my hammies can't handle all this volume yet. they were still ANNIHILATED from 2 days ago
bench was like nothing. i did the last set with feet up on the bench

squat form sucked at first, but was awesome after i did a few onto a box and went back to free squats
Slowly getting used to wide stance squats.... my knee is feeling better, too.
benching = nothing.
