    New split - need help

Hi, whenever I work out two bodyparts, I always feel too fatigued to do a good workout of my 2nd bodypart. Here is what I currently do:

    Tuesday - Back, then biceps
    Wednesday - Legs
    Thursday - Shoulders
    Saturday - Traps, then forearms
    Sunday - Chest, then triceps

I usually do 3 exercises per bodypart, with 4 sets.

Would this be a better split?

    Tuesday - Back
    Wednesday - Triceps
    Thursday - Biceps, then legs
    Saturday - Traps, then shoulders
    Sunday - Chest

I could probably do about 4-5 exercises per bodypart on solitary, with 4 sets.

Should I try this? I want to eliminate doing forearms directly because I feel they would be hit with my chin-ups, deadlifts, hammer curls, etc. Any help is appreciated!

    shoulders the day before chest?
your using moderate volume, you should be able to do several small bodyparts together

is u want to keep to your 5 days split i suggest
    day 1 chest
    day 2 legs
    day 3 shoulder
    day 4 bi and tris
    day 5 back

if your getting that fatigued on 12 set per body parts evaluate
your rest , nutrition or cardiovascualr health.
12 sets per body pary should take 25-30 minutes max.
rest 15-20 minutes after one body part and then attack another
    train hard , train natural
