is there a difference between getting big to be muscular like mr olympic and muscular like models.
should i be concern with what type of workout im doing now. because i dont wanna end up looking like mr universe( or mr universe in process)

what type of workout should i use if i wanna get a body like Ryan mcPartlin. and not bigger than that. cant post the picture cos i havent got 30 posts. lol.
see, i know theres two type of workout, well thats all i know actually. one is gain muscle mass and another is for strength. would this two even make a diff to our body shape? im so confused

the main difference is size and thats all and genetics, ronnie and jay both had model standard bodys at one point but the never cut or maintained that look because they wanted to go bigger also theyre goals where different, some people will be the same size weight wise as a model but maybe not the height or maybe there physique isnt as aestetically pleasing due to genetics.

i might sound a bit exaggerating saying mr olympia or i maybe was. so i hope you understand that i was just trying to know what workout models do to get their type of body and whats the diff between that and what hardcore weight lifter do to get their type of body. i keep it simple stupid. whats the use of having a huge body when you got a small brain. stop free posting
