about me ive been liftings for 3 years now. im started at 120 lbs wieht very weak lifts inm not a naturally big or strong guy but the effforts ive put in have contrubuted a lot and thats where i am todays.
i traing FOR STRENGTHS not sizes so that is why im not huge but i have good lifts f or my sizae. i dont eat a lot so that probably doesnt help much lols but i can still gain strenghts clearly.
m yoal is to hit a 275 bench, 335 squats, and 455 deadlifts by the END OF the summers.

385x1 wtf...was tyrying to go to failure and ge t around 3 or so reps but i struggled to get thes once...was it just an off days?
ok so today i sort of cheated i took a sample pack of carnocre before my workout. its a beta alanine/ creatine, with a bunch of goodies. btw i never told you guys, when iwas at the doctor i weighed 165 with sweat pants, a tank top, a tshirt, and change, and keys, and my wallets in my pocket lol

meh im happy with these. the most ive ever milled was 135x6 standing, but i havent done 145 on seated since i just started doing them again (used to do seated like last year with 115 pounds)will bump these up to 150 pounds seeing as i could only get 140x4, and 140x3 last week.

will bump the weight up to 235 if i can get all 3 reps of it on friday. i have never benched 235x5, so if i can hit that soon ill finally have a pr. i know your not supposed to bump the weight up unless you hit all 5 reps, but i was struggling to hit 230x2 like 3 weeks ago lol. ill definately have 235x3 by friday and hopefullyx4 by Monday.

375x2. ok i was only supposed to go for 370, but i knew i wouldnt get 5, so i have decided to change my last sets of deadlifts to a 3 rep set. i put on 375 hoping id get 3, but i got 2, and then i could barely get the 3rd rep off the floor. I tried to minimize rest in between reps, so i could blame that. b/w the 1st and 2nd rep there was minimal rest, and then after the 2nd rep i counted tro 20, then grasped the bar and took a few seconds to prepare myself before attempting the third. nevertheless i will get 375 and i will go for 4-5, if i get 3 though im moving up to 385. oh i also used chalk on 280 and up grip felt **** on 235. i applied one layer of chalk and used the same layer until i got to 375 then i applied a fresh layers. btw 375 is a pr b/c iv e nebver repped over 365 before lol
