    need a good shake

    I am in need of a good morning keto shake. I like shakes, they are easy to eat on the go. I did a search and only found post work out shakes. Any help would be much appreciated.

    I came up with 2 scoops of whey protein, 2 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream, and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil. It has the right amount of cals, but not enough fat. Any body have any ideas?

    2 scoops choc protein, 8oz water, 2 tbs of half/half or cream, 1 tbs of instant coffee, 1tbs natty PB, mix up in blender with a few cubes of ice, then enjoy for a mocha treat

    I don't know how low-carb this is (I usually drink it post-work out, so can take a little extra sugar)...

    1/2 C. chipped ice
    1/2 C. Water
    1 Banana
    1 T. Peanut Butter (about 3 Net carbs)
    2 Scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein (I like Nitro Core 24)

    Mix in a blender. Note: The Banana makes it very smooth and not like iced water.

    1 serving of vanilla protein powder (28 grams)
    12 oz nonfat or sugarfree milk
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 banana
    ice

    Blend it up and the result is delicious!! Found it on shareitfitness.com

    I mix up a scoop and a half of true protien Casien strawberry and banana flavor with about 2 tbl of olive oil (get fat up) and maybe some instant coffee. I drink one every day at 930.

    Any good shake idea for night time? Does it matter between morning / night? If so what would be best for night.
