I am in need of a good morning keto shake. I like shakes, they are easy to eat on the go. I did a search and only found post work out shakes. Any help would be much appreciated.

Reese's Peanut Butter Shake
I don't know how low-carb this is (I usually drink it post-work out, so can take a little extra sugar)...
1/2 C. chipped ice
1/2 C. Water
1 Banana
1 T. Peanut Butter (about 3 Net carbs)
2 Scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein (I like Nitro Core 24)
Mix in a blender. Note: The Banana makes it very smooth and not like iced water."I say goodbye to my weakness, so long to the regret,
