Right now my arms are 12.5inches. Should I do tricep/chest(chest part doesn't really help arms, but most tricep exercises include chest), x2 a week? Or Bicep x2 a week? Or maybe Chest/tricep x2 a week AND Bicep x2 a week?
So like :
Monday - Chest/Tri
Tuesday - Bicep
Wednesday - Legs/Shoulders
Thursday - Chest/Tri
Friday - Bicep

i would stick to 1 muscle group a week, but thats just me, some people find that 2x a week helps, but honestly you won't grow just by exercising, make sure that you eat healthy and you take in enough cals, and that your also adding the proper protein amounts, carbs and fats.
Make sure you also rest, i see that your trying to do a 5 day split, but you don't even have a rest day in between any of those days, try taking a wednesday and a sat off or something and working on sunday.

Cuz his goal is to have big legs amirite? I'm assuming that the reason why 80% of the teen's here have ****ty upper bodys cuz they train legs x3 a week, as a result of the strong propaganda of squat or ur a ***, etc. Hit every muscle group once a week including legs, and train weaknesses/most wanted muscles after u've hit every other muscle that weekLast edited by Wayacrucis; 01-02-2010 at 10:23 PM.

not bad but shoulders after chest is going to be hard and limit shoulder growth, not to mention possible injuries.
Not my recommendation for everybody, but since you want to hit arms twice a week this is a pretty balanced plan for arm growth.
Monday: Chest/tris/abs
Tuesday: Back/bis/forearms
Wednesday: Legs/traps!/abs/calves!!!
Thursday: Shoulders/tris
Friday: Bis/forearms/calves/abs/cardio-?
Saturday and Sunday-offStats:
Squat: 335x1 (raw), 225x25 (raw)
Bench: 205x1
Deadlift: 285x2
Power Clean: 165x3
Standing Vertical Jump: 33.4 inches
40 yard dash: 4.65 (stop watch) 4.91 (laser)
Pro Agility: 4.44
