    Quick serious question

Since the german volume training involves one exercise for one bodypart. For instance, it is the bench press 10x10

Can I substitute the bench press with pec deck flyes?? and do that for 10x10??

Nope. Flies aren't a mass building exercise really. If anything you would be significantly limiting growth in your chest. Stick to a bench press variation either incline/flat/decline or using DBs over BB for example.
