I'm a fairly simple guy when it comes to my diet, I can eat the same thing forever really without getting tired of it. However, a couple of my favorites are:

chicken + brown rice + light honey teriyaki sauce

chicken quesadilla with low-carb tortillas + low fat shredded cheese + homemade taco bell quesadilla sauce (<- this is freaking good)

I always have a few spice blends on hand , I try to mix it up. If I have enough time to cook a decent meal I like to Slice the chicken breast open and stuff it with a mix of spinach and cottage cheese , or brocolli and chedder cheese.

I usually cook chicken breasts with some italian dressing and just normal spices. Keeps it moist while cooking and a bit of flavor.

My favorite meal of day is breakfast. Oatmeal, shake+milk, 3 eggs, banana. I'll make some whey pancakes sometimes also. Love breakfast.

My favorite meal period is steak and sweet potatoes on the BBQ with some sweet red wine.

Throw chicken breasts in a huge plastic bag. Dump worchestershire sauce, tabasco sauce (or hot sauce), some salt and pepper, some cayenne pepper and some garlic powder. Leave in fridge until you want some and cook it.

Essentially, just throw a bunch of sauces and powders into a plastic bag w/ chicken and it'll come out good.

Most of the time, this is how i eat my chicken..

2 chicken breasts with broiled pees, carrots, corn, broccoli and 1 potato topped with a little bit of black pepper and maybe some tabasco depending on the time of the day or some raw onions or other veggies. Usually with a side of some kind of salad and whole wheat toast or pita bread or brown rice.

I could eat that meal every day and usually do, never get tired of it.

    I'm simple too.
    Love to just marinate it.
Favorite has been a raspberry vinagarette.
Or making up some orange chicken.

Marinate in anything (hot sauce, teriyaki, italian dressing). Try to keep it clean and lower in sodium.

Throw into a crockpot for deliciousness!
