Hopefully Derek gets some of our training pics up. Training with Layne and Derek made for the best workouts of my life--aside from the SIC Training chest workout I did with J-Rod.
While others were partying at 1am in Vegas, us three losers were at Gold's Gym pulling 7 plates per side on rack lockouts!

Joey, it was good getting to meet you too. And yea protein bars are crap, but those promax bars were pretty low in gelatin and it was better than no protein at all
