    Sprained Wrist

    Yesterday, I was doing DB Shoulder Presses and another guy bumped into me. It made me drop my arm and I was still holding the DB. Anyway, I had some wrist pain, but I was still able to finish my routine. Later in the evening, my wrist was throbbing. I can't bend it so I believe I sprained it pretty good. I iced it and that seemed to help, and I have it wrapped. I think it should be okay in a couple of days.

    Anyone else experience this? Anything I should be doing other than resting and icing it? I'm hoping to be healed and ready to go by Thursday so I can start my workout schedule again.
