    Cool 2 month progress - muscle gain, waist loss, feeling dayuuum good

    November 2, 2009





    Overall a 5lb weight gain and a little over 1" waist loss. I used to be all about numbers, but I'm realizing slow, lean gains with smaller numbers make you look (and feel) way better than crazy-bulking

    EDIT: sigh, I'm not on juice and I'm not balding. lol

    Notice my sig. 100% natural. I spend 10 hours/week at the gym and eat chicken all day and this is the result.

    I'll take that as a compliment though.

    As far as "balding", I have a genetic receded hairline, it's been like that since I was a kid. Don't hate.

    Great progress really.I thought steroids too at first.
    My brother took fincar for his balding.It worked and his hair grew back.Fincar is generic propecia.Maybe you could look into it.Originally iit was for enlarged prostate.One of the side effects was old men grew their hair back.Now people take it at a small dose for hair loss.

    The 40lbs in 4 months was just me eating way too much. I put on a ton of fat. I'm doing things the right way now.

    Olanza ... I just said I'm not balding. I've had the same hairline by entire life. Nothing is going to make hair grow where it never grew to begin with.

    My journal is in my sig, it's a 5 day split with everything getting hit 2x/week.

    I used to eat about 1lb chicken breast/day, but lately I've been mixing it up with other sources of protein as well (protein bars, beef, protein yogurt snacks, eggs, etc). I take in ~250g/day total.
