Ow daawwg, you got me, you got me dawg. I take it you never last very long in any kind of heated debate.
"Well uh, umm...well you're just a ***got." Yes you should atleast to tend to use correct grammar when engaged in an online arguement.
Oh, and I'm eating a cupcake (Got to stay on topic ).Last edited by xl Achilles lx; 10-22-2009 at 10:39 PM.

The forum cliques in this thread are ridiculous. There's probably 5-10 members who have been talking **** to a few distinct individuals for about 3 MEN threads straight now and never get called out for it because all their 'e-buddies' post here. Then someone not in the group does it and all the sudden they get called out. Not condoning it by anyone, but what's fair for one is fair for all.
Everyone just needs to calm down and not take some of these pics/comments so seriously. Enough with the "call outs". It's fine and encouraged to ask questions, give advice and constructive criticism. But all this online name calling is the straight up garbage you would like to hope most people grew out of after middle school.
EDIT: hooked4life, not trying to call you out individually. Just trying to make a point.

Funny you mention it, I'm actually going to start Norton's split next week when bulking cycle starts again. I'll run it for 4 weeks, and then do a cut week with only 4 days of lifting (lower, upper, cardio, lower, upper, cardio). Back to Norton's bulk for 4 weeks, and another cut week, and what do you know: it's the new year! That's when my 22 week super cut begins (super because of length, not how drastic lol).
Let me know how yours works out.Team GH15

lmao! Hehehe.....well I wanted to keep it kinda simple and not go over the top or anything, but I can write a lot of BS sometimes. Thanks! But yah, I was completely serious about how it melts in your mouth and leaves that warm feeling.
That was a few years back in France. Those aren't French honeys though. LoL
Though I was really regretting that I didn't talk to and get to meet any when I was there. :'(
Some of my favorites I guess are your least favorite. I really enjoy some of the harder cheeses like Parm and Romano, but really love the stonger ones like blue, Swiss, and feta.Last edited by Puddle_Pirate; 10-23-2009 at 07:04 AM.

Just walked back from my dining commons, with a cake in hand. Yes, I take pride in my cake-stealing shenanigans, and I'd post a pic but I left my camera's USB cord at home.

There's also another bag of chocolate. The recipe calls for a lot of chocolate.Competition Wilks: 406
