People seem to have a strange concept of money, and in another thread people had a hard time believing I lived on my own for 2 years on only $1400 a month, so I decided to make this post to show people how to live on a budget.
I moved out of my parents house when I graduated high school at 18, I had a decent job making $1400 a month after taxes. I owned a Honda that was paid off already, no need for a car payment at 18.
Here is a Breakdown of my Expenses:
1bd Apartment Rent - $410
Electricty - $40-$60
Cable/Internet - $80
Gas - $100
Cell Phone $60
Liability Car Insurance - $75
Food - $120-$150
Total: ~$935/month in Expenses
I had over $400 a month for a "entertainment" budget, most of the time I put money in savings, bought new clothes, or bought weed/beer with my leftover cash.
Sure this may not be possible in states like CA and NY, but there is no excuse for anyone not to be able to learn to budget their money.

It's entirely possible. You could even cut those costs down a bit.
Yes, you can do it in places like NY, but you'll be living in a very urban neighborhood. The goverment also provides aid to those who make under a certain amount of money. The programs are out there, you just need to know how to take advantage of them.♦ ɴɣϲ ϲrew ♦

we have gorgeous women, there is money here too maybe not to the exact same extent but there is still some good money, i dont care to eat at a super expensive restaurant it isn't logical to me when I can go to another place and get the same thing for under half the cost, night clubs aren't my thing they are boring to me, would rather just go to a bar or a house party, diversity doesn't really mean all that much to me since the people I hang out with will have similar interests. so for me, Ohio > NYC
