i hate when people make fun of other people in the gym. We are all in the gym for the same reason. to better our selvs. those girls are not even worth wasting your time stressing over. just go to the gym and do your thing. dont let other people stop your progress and your weight loss success! I was that fat girl once, i was always tugging at my shirt in the gym, at work, at home....but i new that at the end of the light id be really proud of my self and proud of my sucess. every single person in the gym has body issues. either they arent big enough, they arent small enough. when ever i see a large lady or large man at the gym i applaud them because they are there and they are trying. That just really makes me mad! When i was fat i was treated so diffrently than when im in shape. its situations like that that you cant help but feel angered from!

dont let them bring you down, go back to that gym and be there for you, we are all in there for the same reason!....bettering our selves
