Good job dude. I've pulled 540 but that was at 230 lbs. I've been cutting all summer hoping to make it into the 198 weight class but I'm not sure if I'm gonna make it.
You got any long-term goals set? I'm shooting for 600 @ 220 or 198 in the next couple years.

Nice lift man. Do you do that rountine (lifting your arms above your head then straight into lift) before every set in the gym or is it more of a max lift thing?
