Hey! For starters i am a newb to bodybuilding and i have a question. I practice intense kickboxing 4 x a week (that's monday to thursday) for an hour each course. And i want to hit the weights at least an hour also but i dont know how many times a week i should hit the weights. Usually after my kickboxing my muscles are in little pain the next day so that's why i dont know how many times i should hit the weights a week so i dont overtrain. Any seggestions? Thanks guys!
I have taken a look at sticky's threads but it doesnt really seem to help me but thanks for trying. And if you know the answer can you post a reply please? If you dont know is there any1 else who can help me?
