Im 6'5 and 200 lbs... looking to add 15 lbs to my frame so i can be more recruitable for my senior season... any tips on what types of food i should be eating, workout plans, or maybe specific exercises ?
i just had knee surgery so my summer for bball is shot, need to work on my upper body, i need all the help i can get ! so please respond !

Right now just a bunch of D3 schools... i just had knee surgery ( second one since may) and so im missing the rest of the summer. I was supposed to go to a few showcases but now i obviously cant. Ill be good for my senior season and hopefully a few d2 and d1 schools come looking... jus looking to get stronger and bigger !
