Does Masterbating stops growth/Muscle growth? like after you workout and later on at night you mastbate does the muscle growth process slow down?

The short answer is, Yes.

Masterbation is detrimental to weight lifting. I went to the doctor a few weeks ago for some medical tests. He told me that my testosterone had significantly dropped since the last time I had visited him. It was at 70 ng./dl. This is far lower than the average testosterone levels at my age. The doctor said that if I continued to masturbate it could have taken my life away from me.

I'm sure everybody is a little different but there have been times where I stopped jerking for a month and no significant change in size or strength gains in the weight room or even boxing or all that I do. I hit the weights 3 times a week and do cardio 4 to 5 times a week. I keep making gains. Like everybody I hit a wall from time to time but always find a way to break through it, all while wacking my meat 1 or 2 times a day. All I can say is try stopping and see how you feel. Everybody is different and it may be the right thing for you but luckily for me it does not matter either way.
