I heard that it's genetics. Other people I looked up on google say it's possible.
I am 16 with a BF % of 6.5 and my 6 pack is rather visible. Could I get an 8 pack? There isn't any room there as far as I can feel. How do people get 8 packs?

8 packs. Are they possible for anyone?
Nothing like joining a bodybuilding website to motivate yourself. If these dudes can do it, I KNOW I CAN! Haha most you guys are cool though. But you don't have to be. You all are my motivation when you aren't.

With cell tech u can gain an ab a week. A friend of mine has a 22-pack now.
Seriously tho, genetics. Just like having a longer muscle belly on ur biceps. No? Perhaps my 6 rep power may persuade your decision....
You know you've had a good workout if you feel like your gonna sh*t yourself. If you actually DO sh*t yourself........well you sir are a trooper.

whether or not a person can get an 8 pack isn't just based on how hard they work their lower abs, its based a lot on genetics. mainly, the genetic variation that decides whether or not the lowest tendon of your abs splits (giving the appearance of the two tendons bellow the typical six). without this genetic trait, it is impossible, though you can still have highly developed lower abs.
its even impossible for some people to get a six pack. most famous example is arnold, look at his abs, it appears that there are only four tendons, this is because his genetics would not allow either of the two lowest tendons to split.Start/Now
