thanks bro..... i gotta thank bodybuilding.com cause if it wasn't for them i woulda been lost. i've learned so much from dieting to the right workout plan. I'd probably be doing chest 3 times a week. I'm already working overtime so my next updated pic looks even better.

193 pounds and still going strong. want to get to about 170 lean. My goal is to lean up by the end of the year.

I'm by no means close to this guys after pics( go back a page) but I'm about 2-3 months in with a ****ty diet the first 2 months, My traps are Just about that size Maybe even the same size. And when I started I had no definition in my shoulders or traps or collarbone area at all. It's Just the way you move your shoulders to make them look huge

Anyone can make their traps look like that if you know how to push them up with your rhomboids. When they look like that and your NOT flexing is when you should be asking.

Hey guys, so this is not my "complete" transformation from FAT to FIT, but here is my progress since last November 2008. Any thoughts or suggestions are very much appreciated!

This pic was taken last November 2008 when I was 252lbs. Felt like ****!

This pic was taken about 1.5-2 months in. Weight training and routine cardio.

And these pics were taken today (July 7th, 2009) 214lbs. (Sorry for the bad posing pics, I tried to do them as correctly as possible).

Current supps:

ON WHEY GOLD STANDARD (2x daily)
ON CASEIN (1x before bed)
ANIMAL PAK (1x daily)

Thanks guys for any thoughts or suggestions!
