Anyone can make their traps look like that if you know how to push them up with your rhomboids. When they look like that and your NOT flexing is when you should be asking.

Hey guys, so this is not my "complete" transformation from FAT to FIT, but here is my progress since last November 2008. Any thoughts or suggestions are very much appreciated!
This pic was taken last November 2008 when I was 252lbs. Felt like ****!
This pic was taken about 1.5-2 months in. Weight training and routine cardio.
And these pics were taken today (July 7th, 2009) 214lbs. (Sorry for the bad posing pics, I tried to do them as correctly as possible).
Current supps:
ON WHEY GOLD STANDARD (2x daily)
ON CASEIN (1x before bed)
ANIMAL PAK (1x daily)
Thanks guys for any thoughts or suggestions!
