Im ~230 lbs ( 104kg but this morning after my burn session on a empty stomach i was 102.2 kg ) ..
Im ~ 21% BF
Im 6" ( 185 cm )
My keto plan that i calculated.

My Goal : Get lean and stay on this and do this properly until i go backpacking around asia 03.august...
LETS DO THIS.
Woke up @ 9.00 ; Elliptical trainer for 40 mins on an empty stomach, burned 400cals. PWO - On 100% whey shake and 1 tbsp natty peanut butter.
@ 12.00 - 1 x 4 oz. ( 175g ) chicken breast fried on a pan with green string beans around 50g and 75 g of spinach and some "carb free" sauce. ( less then 0.35g pr. tbsp )
@ 15.30 - 3 whole eggs, 1 scoop on 100% whey chocolate, 1 tbsp Psyllum husk. ( made a pancake, did not taste to good, try it agian tomorrow. ) .. 2 tbsp Omega 3 fish oil.
@ 19.00 - 1 x 4 oz. chicken breast "fajitas" ( without the pancake.. ) so it was basicly a salat.. Red onion, red pepper, spinach, cheese, cheese sauce..
@ 21.00 - WO - CHEST - BACK - ABS - .. PWO - ON 100% whey + 1 tbsp natty pb.
Overall - alot of water over the day, i was constantly with a glas of water...
Im hanging around 2300 cals ... I need to be around ~ 2500..

Doesn't matter the levels because your readings can be diluted based on how much water you drink. All that matters is that you are on keto. When you see the color change you are in. Mine gets real dark when I don't drink a lot of water.
Also readings are stronger later in the evening vs in the morning due to hormone levels.

I feel good today, ive been eating right, no longing for carbs!
I just find it funny that there are carbs EVERYWHERE!!.. Everywhere i go there are carbs.. hehe..
One Question, i thought i read somewhere that i could consume carbs straight after workouts ?.. Not much but little, like 250ml of OJuice ?

Looking good bro. Your first week isn't as hard as your second week because your body still has some carbs. Second week is the hardest part of the game. If you are going to carb up make sure you do it after 15 days because you'll be in full gear on ketosis state. Meaning you'll get back into ketosis state easier..

Im holding on, im not gonna carb up until next weekend.. I just bought my self som maltodextrose to spike my Insulin as PWO ! ..Its gonna be fun trying that..
Went to a birthday yesterday, they had fruitsalat, pastasalat, chicken soup.. I felt like ****, only ate the greens from the pastasalat and only the chicken from the chicken soup.. haha.. And no cake for me, only a little splash of whipped cream !.. Whaaatan iiiidiot
