    Cool. I also like just lying leg raises, but I dont like hanging leg raises that much. My abs arent strong enough to get more than a few reps, before it feels like my legs take over.

    1. Weighted Hanging leg raises - Great for Lower Abs when done rite.
    2. Weighted Laying Down Leg Raises - Great for Lower Abs
    3. Weighted Crunches (NickEdge - had this on his blog and I started to follow it, and now have much more definition then I ever had).
    4. Side to side Heel touch (Not sure of proper name)
    5. Cable Crunches.
    6. Ab Wheel - For a great stretch.

    I was being serious, my deadlift form is good. I followed chad waterbury's workout program a while back and like he said i found that they were enough for my abs.

    Seeing as muscles can only contract to move, I don't see a deadlift causing your abs to contract against the weight load... If it were for example, a leg press where people frequently tense their abs at the bottom to press the weight back up - that's more believable.

    With regards to the thread, I personally like cable crunches and seated leg tucks. Am going to get a pair of ab slings soon tho because it sucks to do leg raises when your hands and shoulders get a proper rollicking from holding on for too long!

    Abs are a stabilizer in the movement , but they aren't involved enough to create massive abs
