Steamed veggies with hot sauce
Pickled potato and onion salad (boiled and sauteed with salt, pepper, oregano, oil, and white wine vinegar, and then allowed to cool in the fridge)
...and...a bunless inside-out bacon cheeseburger - 1/2 pound 93/7 ground beef with chopped bacon and cheddar cheese inside, and more cheddar on top
I also had some chocolate for dessert!
