I never had any gripe with a soldier. You guys have my deepest respect. Sometimes I get lost in the little things in my life forgetting that there are people with things worst. This is a great reminder for us "back home".

You it so true. I have many friends who have returned in the past year. Most of them have been gone for almost two years. Not a single one of them says they are comfortable in their daily lives.

I have mad respect for anyone who is willing to fight for my right to live how I want. These people make our simple freedom's a reality.

Thanks to you gusy for taking the time to read. I have noticed that a lot of people sometimes forget that each day, while you are having starbucks and sleeping in a soft bed...there are thousands of men and women sacraficing so we are able to do the above.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area back in CA...I KNOW what you mean...trust me.

In the last several years i have been called a baby killer, been spit on, had hot coffe thrown on me and then screamed at right in my face, and had my car spit on as I drove through a "Support the troops/stop the war" rally by people holding support the troops signs.

All of the above happened when I was in uniform.

I am anti war.... but one thing i am not is anti solider. Soldiers from every country deserves respect , they have bigger balls than anyone.
