I agree, i was 145 at 6'2" before i started lifting, 6 months later im pushing 185 with eating food every 3 hours and living at the gym. oh and the creatinezzzz.Originally Posted by Obnoxious123
On a serious note, eat more food, train harder, get your basic supplements (Multi, fish oil, creatine etc), and sleep. You will notice improvements. A supplement or "steroid" is not a quick fix and should not be used to replace proper nutrition. It is just that, a supplement, to give you that edge once everything else is in check.

How bout some helpful advice for the kid. Obviously hes not taking it yet because he knows hes not ready thats why hes researching it first, forums are a form of research and people like you dont help to much.
